Nutraceutix, Inc., Redmond, WA, has completed the acquisition of Nutraceutix in its entirety from SCOLR, Inc. Nutraceutix is now a privately-held corporation. Nutraceutix has expanded its bulk probiotic fermentation, freeze-drying and blending operations and has moved its location, along with all administrative departments, to a new, state-of-the-art facility. Nutraceutix is also expanding its tableting and product packaging capabilities to accommodate increased business in contract finished goods production, in­cluding bulk tablets, capsules and bottled product in both the probiotics market, as well as the controlled delivery nutraceutical market.

In concert with the change of ownership and business expansion, Nutraceutix has appointed Randy Schoenfeldt vice president of business development and Tim Gamble vice President of sales and marketing.
